Yan Shou Gong – The Art of Longevity (Sets 19-24)

Description

Step into the fourth Yan Shou Gong course with Master Yap Boh Heong, covering Sets 19–24. Through detailed video lessons, Master Yap guides you step by step through the complete practice of these sets — including internal mechanics, testing methods, and applications that reveal the true essence of Yan Shou Gong.

Before enrolling, students are required to complete the earlier Yan Shou Gong courses (Sets 1–6, 7–12, and 13–18). These courses build the essential foundation needed to fully benefit from the advanced methods taught in Sets 19–24.

Whether you are a martial artist seeking to master authentic Shaolin Nei Gong, or someone looking to improve health, energy, and inner balance, this course offers a clear pathway forward in the Yan Shou Gong sequence.

Renowned for its structured progression, ease of learning, and rapid internal development, Yan Shou Gong continues here with the next six sets — strengthening everything you have cultivated so far while deepening your ability to generate and apply internal energy, sharpen awareness, and experience its profound benefits.
